Making the Most of Learning Styles

The majority of you have probably heard of Learning Styles….

Learning styles are the ways in which individuals process information.

Depending on which model you reference, there are typically three learning styles in which most people assimilate information through: Visual, Audio, or Kinesthetic

People who are visual learners tend to best retain information through looking at diagrams, pictures, and PowerPoint presentations.

Audio learners retain information by listening to lectures, and spoken information.

People who are kinesthetic learners retain information best when they are actively doing an activity and performing hands-on tasks.
